My previous post about digital logbooks is the most viewed post I have on this blog, and it’s time to write an updated version of it. In addition to updating information about the various providers, I’ve also decided to write a bit more around digital logbooks in general, the regulations, and the pitfalls.

Like many others I log all my flights in my physical logbook. But I wanted to add more data than what my physical logbook could handle, and I like the idea of having a backup of it. So I started looking for a digital logbook, with the intention to keep my physical logbook as the primary.
